Sue's cakes are rummy, moist and fruity. Fruits for cakes soak all year around so they are ready to be baked at any time. They are soaked with 3 kinds of alcohol and made with brown sugar. My cakes do not contain nuts. Cakes are 8 inches and come in aluminum foil pan.
Please let me know if you would like it to be gluten free meaning I use gluten free flour.
