My dad passed on his recipe to me. Every time he would make pholourie, before it could cool down, I was already dipping it in his famous delicious tamarind sauce. The sauce is mildy sweet and leaves a satisfying after taste of mild spice.
Comes in a 9oz jar and must be refrigerated after opening. Shake well before enjoying.
