Ā  CrĆØme brĆ»lĆ©e is my comfort dessert. Super easy to make with ingredients we always have in our kitchen. CrĆØmeĀ brĆ»lĆ©eĀ is a French dessert consisting of a rich and soft custard made with cream and yolks and topped with a crispy layer of caramelized sugar. It is super easy to prepare, youĀ only needĀ 4 basic ingredients and it takes only few minutes to prepare. Eggnog Panna Cotta with Wine Poached Pear

Happy holidays! What better way to spread some joy around the dinner table with a lovely dessert. This Christmas I decided to turn it up a notch with an Italian dessert topped with a poached pear. This recipe does contain alcohol, but you canĀ replace it with non-alcoholic red or white wine or apple juice. This recipe makes 2 glasses.
